If you receive an order for a Spocket product, the order must be fulfilled on Spocket and not on Shopify.
If you fulfill the order on Shopify, then the shipping information from Spocket will not be able to sync with your Shopify account, which in turn, means your customers will not be automatically notified when an order has successfully shipped out.
What happens if I accidentally fulfilled the order on Shopify?
That's ok! All you have to do is update the shipping information manually on Shopify. This would also mean that your customers will not get automatically notified when an order has been successfully shipped out, so you will have to send them a notice manually as well.
