How do I install the AliScraper Chrome Extension?
Before you start, make sure you’re using a Google Chrome browser. Visit the Chrome Web Store and add AliScraper to your Chrome browser.
How do I filter by the shipping destination and carrier type?
Head over to AliExpress.com
Click on the AliScraper extension in your toolbar and sign in to your Spocket account
Using the AliScraper Extension you can filter the search results by the shipping destination country (e.g. USA, Canada) and shipping carrier type (e.g. AliExpress Standard Shipping, ePacket)
How do I import products from AliExpress to Spocket?
Once you have found the perfect product for your store, you can import it to your Spocket account and online store in a few different ways:
Option 1: Click on the Spocket logo from the product search page
Option 2: Click into the product listing and click the Spocket logo on the bottom right corner
Option 3: Click on the AliScraper extension in your toolbar and click Import Product
What if my products are imported via AliScraper?
Please note that retailers are responsible for ensuring that the items do not violate any intellectual properties before importing into Spocket or retailers’ online stores.
What if a listing has multiple warehouse options? How do I choose between China and the USA warehouse?
The AliScraper is still in the beta testing phase. At this moment, AliScraper can only ship orders to customers in the USA. Our system automatically prioritizes importing the USA warehouse for all your customers if it is available. If the USA warehouse is not available, the item will be shipped from China.
How do I know which shipping method is imported to Spocket?
The AliScraper is still in the beta testing phase. During this phase, our system will only import the AliExpress Standard Shipping method as this is currently the most preferable shipping method with the least amount of delays.
Are product videos imported into Spocket?
No. You will have to download the video directly from AliExpress and upload the video on your Shopify listing.
How do I import size charts from AliExpress's product descriptions to Spocket?
If the size chart is located on the product description portion of the AliExpress listing, it will not be imported to Spocket. You will have to download the size chart directly from AliExpress and upload it to your Shopify listing.
If the size chart is located on the product photos, it will automatically be imported to Spocket.
Why did my product import fail?
Please check if the item has an Aliexpress Standard Shipping option available if the product is shipping from China, or the USA shipping method if the product is shipping from the USA (as these are the only shipping option available right now).
Will I be notified if there are price changes on the products?
Yes, you will receive a notification on your notification center on Spocket.
How do I process orders for the products imported from AliExpress?
Once you receive an order for the AliExpress product that you had imported, you will pay for the order and check out like any other transactions on Spocket. Spocket's system will automatically place the order on AliExpress.
Who do I contact if there are order issues?
Spocket will take care of all communication and issues with your AliExpress supplier. If you have any inquiries about your orders, please contact Spocket's customer support team at email@example.com, and we will initiate communication with your respective supplier.
How long is the processing time?
All orders will typically receive a tracking number within 5-7 business days. If there are occasions whereby your suppliers are not able to fulfill within the processing time, Spocket will liaise with your supplier to get the issues sorted out.
What are the fees associated with using this chrome extension?
If you are already on a Spocket subscription plan, a product import from AliExpress will just take up the unique product quota on your subscription.
All orders that come from the imported listings will get a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee and a 5% order processing fee.
