Spocket provides you access to thousands of unique products from trustworthy suppliers spread all over the world. These include local vendors and artisans who create their products by hand, distributors who source products from small manufacturers and mass manufacturers.
The process of supplier selection on Spocket is quite thorough- right from step 1 to the final on-boarding. You do not have to worry about the quality or durability of products because we test suppliers before their products are offered on Spocket- the entire process can be summarized as follows:
1. The first step involves suppliers filling out an application form. This form includes all details about their products, their manufacturing procedures, the discount they would provide as well as a written agreement regarding Spocket’s requirements for suppliers.

Only if the products suit the needs of our retailers and show demand in the market do the suppliers proceed to the next round. The suppliers must be willing to ship products in neutral packages, and most importantly, offer products at 30-60% discounted rates.
2. The second step involves an interview. Our supplier relationship team schedules a video call with the potential supplier and investigates further into their reliability with a set of questions and tasks.
This interview involves learning about the supplier’s business in depth and their history of sales.
If the supplier has a record of great sales, satisfied customers and reasonable shipping times, the third step is initiated.
3. The third step is testing the products. The Spocket team places an order for a product from the supplier’s store to check on the quality, packaging and shipping time.
Once it has been established that the shipping is as expected and the quality does not leave anything to be desired, we speak to the suppliers to settle the deal and confirm the return policy, discuss guidelines and upload their products for our retailers to sell.
But that is not the end of our process: for the first two months, we keep a strict eye on new suppliers to ensure that their on-boarding is smooth and orders are processed without trouble.
If a certain supplier fails to reach the standards set by Spocket rules, they are deactivated, and retailers are subsequently informed.
