If you are on the Free plan of Spocket, you can simply uninstall the app, and your subscription will be cancelled.
In case you are on a Paid Plan, you will need to downgrade to the Basic Plan and then uninstall the app to successfully cancel your subscription with Spocket.
You can downgrade back to the free plan by heading over to your settings in the Spocket App > Account Settings.
You will view a downgrade button that looks something like this:
Simply click on it and you will be downgraded back to the basic plan!
However, if you are on any Annual Plans, you will not be able to cancel the subscription yourself. This is because you have paid to be on the plan on one-year basis, so you would need to reach out to our Support team to cancel the auto-renewal process so that you do not get charged for the subscription in the upcoming year.
