Don't panic!

We have deliberately omitted the products that you have uploaded to your store from the search tab so that you might not mistakenly add them again, creating duplicate items. A number of retailers were suffering from this, so we decided to stop displaying those in the search tab.

If you wish to check on the product's variants/shipping rate or any other detail that is not present on your store, you can click on the product in your Product List (Click on the image displayed). A pop up will appear with all the
information.

If we remove a supplier, we remove the products from your store, so if you see products unpublished from your store- it is most probably because these products are disabled.

We also send emails when we deactivate a supplier, so you do not have to worry!
