If your AliExpress product failed to import into your eCommerce store, AliScraper will show the following error message:
Below are the possible reasons why an AliExpress product might fail to import to your store:
Product listing does not have the AliExpress Standard Shipping option
Only product listings that have the AliExpress Standard Shipping option can be successfully imported into Spocket and your online store.
The country and language are not US and English
Language settings that is not English causes the AliExpress URL Link to change and break AliScraper's synchronization. You will notice that the Import to Spocket button will not show up on your AliExpress product screen.
The item has previously been imported using AliScraper
If you have imported the product listing using AliScraper previously, you will not be able to import the item again unless you have removed the items from your Import List on Spocket.
The emails used in AliScraper and Spocket accounts do not match
How to debug this issue?
Make sure that your AliScraper Product Importer is up to date
You can see and check the version of your AliScraper by going to your Chrome Extension > AliScraper > About Us Tab.
Check if the item has AliExpress Standard Shipping option available
You can utilize AliScraper's shipping methods filter to showcase which products has AliExpress Standard Shipping available as one of the shipping options. Only product listings that have the AliExpress Standard Shipping option can be successfully imported into Spocket and your online store.
Ensure you are logged in to the correct Spocket account
Check to see that the email you use to login to your Spocket account is the same email that you use to login to your AliScraper chrome extension.
