Make sure that your DSers and Spocket apps are installed within the same Shopify store. See the video below as an example:

Make sure that the Language setting on your DSers app is in English.

From your DSers home page, click the dropdown for languages, select English

Go to your DSers account &gt; Products &gt; Click the button Migrate Products to Spocket at the bottom right-hand corner to initiate the migration

Once the migration process is completed, all of your AliExpress products that you had initially imported using DSers will now be synched with Spocket instead. 

You can view all of your products on your Spocket dashboard on the My Products page

3. Make sure that your DSers and Spocket apps are installed within the same Shopify store. See the video below as an example:

Any orders that come into your store should be fulfilled within your Spocket dashboard going forward.

Some of my products from DSers were not successfully migrated, what should I do? In the event that some of your DSers products were not successfully migrated to Spocket, check if those products have AliExpress Standard Shipping as one of the available shipping options on the product listing. Only products that offer this shipping option can be successfully migrated to Spocket.
