In order to process orders from your store, a valid credit card is required.  In order to update this credit card, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Spocket account
  2. Select Settings on the left-hand menu
  3. Select Automated Checkout.  Here you can update your payment details safely and securely

If you get a declined error message, please ensure you are using Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If an error message still persists, please contact your bank.

Important note: Spocket only accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We understand the importance of alternative methods for payment, such as PayPal, and we are looking to support more in the future.
