In order to process orders from your store, a valid credit card is required. In order to update this credit card, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Spocket account
- Select Settings on the left-hand menu
- Select Billing. Here you can update your payment details safely and securely
If you get a declined error message, please ensure you are using Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If an error message still persists, please contact your bank.
Important note: Spocket only accepts Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Discover, and American Express. We understand the importance of alternative methods for payment, such as PayPal, and we are looking to support more in the future.
