A valid credit card is required for Spocket to successfully process your orders. In order to update this credit card, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Spocket account

  2. Select Settings on the left-hand menu

  3. Select Account

You can update your payment details safely and securely: https://app.spocket.co/settings/account

If you get a declined error message, please ensure you are using Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If an error message still persists, please contact your bank.

Important note: Spocket only accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We understand the importance of alternative methods for payment and we are looking to support more methods in the future.
