Downgrading back to the basic (free) plan is easy!
Go to Spocket App > Account Settings
Under Your plan, you should be able to see an button to Downgrade plan:
Simply click on it and you will be downgraded back to the basic plan!
NOTE: This button is only visible to monthly subscription plans. If you are on annual plan, this button will not be shown. The reason is that annual plan subscribers cannot cancel their subscription for the year that they already paid for. This is because the payment has given them access to the plan for one year, which cannot be reversed. You can learn more about our plan subscription policies here.
However, we can cancel the auto-renewal functionality so that annual plan subscribers don't get charged for the next year. Simply reach out to our Customer Support team here to request for this change!
