How to Transfer a Monthly subscription
In order to transfer your monthly subscription, please follow these steps:
- If you are still on trial
Simply cancel your plan by going to Settings > Billing > Downgrade to cancel. Afterward, you can re-upgrade by logging in to the correct Spocket account and selecting the Spocket plan you'd like for your new store.
- If you are on a paid subscription
Please cancel your existing plan by going to Settings > Billing > Downgrade to cancel. Afterward, please submit a request for us to transfer the credit to your new store by sending us an email at support@spocket.co.
Please provide the following details below in your email and make sure that you have your credit card billing information saved in your new Spocket account:
- Email used for the old and new store
- Store URL of the old and new store
How to Transfer an Annual subscription
In order to transfer your annual subscription to another store, you will need to submit a request by sending us an email at support@spocket.co.

- Email used for the old and new store
- Store URL of the old and new store
