How to Transfer a Monthly subscription

In order to transfer your monthly subscription, please follow these steps:

  • If you are still on trial

    In order to transfer your monthly subscription in trial to another store, you will need to submit a request by sending us an email at support@spocket.co.

  • If you are on a paid subscription

    Please cancel your existing plan by going to Settings > Billing > Downgrade to cancel. Afterward, please submit a request for us to transfer the credit to your new store by sending us an email at support@spocket.co.

    Please provide the following details below in your email and make sure that you have your credit card billing information saved in your new Spocket account:

  1. Email used for the old and new store (e.g. myemail@gmail.com)

  2. Store URL of the old and new store (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com)

How to Transfer an Annual subscription

In order to transfer your annual subscription to another store, make sure to install the Spocket app on your new store. You will need to submit a request by sending us an email at support@spocket.co after installing the app.

Please provide the following details in your email:

  1. Email used for the old and new store (e.g. myemail@gmail.com)

  2. Store URL of the old and new store (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com)
