NOTE: Cancelling a Spocket order on your Shopify store will not be sufficient to completely cancel the order, as it will only notify your customer that their order is cancelled.

To completely cancel an order, you will need to reach out to Spocket's Customer Support team as soon as possible. In the email, please provide us with the order number, the item's name and the supplier's name so that we could expedite this process for you.

It is important to know that our suppliers usually process their orders immediately. As such, depending on when the order was placed, the order may or may not be cancelled. Our Customer Support team will wait to hear back from the supplier first before letting you know if the requested cancellation can be done!
