Once an order has been placed by your customer and it successfully syncs through to Spocket, its order details cannot be changed which means that any edits made to the order will not reflect in Spocket.

I haven't paid for the order yet, what can I do?

  • You can cancel Unpaid orders to permanently disable actions on orders that you did not intend to place. However, You cannot cancel orders once you have checkout and paid.

I have already paid for the order. Can I still cancel the order?

  • If you've already processed an order but need to cancel an order immediately, please contact Spocket's Customer Support team by sending us an email at support@spocket.co.

  • Please note that your supplier may or may not grant this request as suppliers will fulfill your orders as soon as you place them to ensure fast fulfillment.

Important note: Cancelling an order on Shopify does not automatically cancel the order on Spocket. Your supplier will continue to fulfill your order unless you request cancellation.
