Please note that once an order has been placed by your customer and it successfully syncs through to Spocket, its order details cannot be changed which means that any edits made on the order will not reflect in Spocket.

Has the order been checked out on Spocket?

  • If you've already processed an order but need to cancel an order immediately, please contact Spocket's Customer Support team by sending us an email at support@spocket.co.
  • Please note that your supplier may or may not grant this request as suppliers will fulfill your orders as soon as you place them to ensure fast fulfillment.

I haven't paid for the order yet, what can I do?

  • You may simply disregard the order and re-create it with the correct order details by creating a manual order in your store. As long as the original order has not been checked out or paid for in Spocket, then our supplier will not process it.

Important note: Cancelling an order on Shopify does not automatically cancel the order on Spocket. Your supplier will continue to fulfill your order unless you request for a cancellation.
