If you are a supplier on Spocket and encounter issues whereby you need to cancel your order. Please follow the guidelines below.

If your store is integrated with Shopify

  1. On your Shopify store, go to Apps

  2. Find the Spocket for Supplier app

  3. Go to My Orders and find the order number that you need to cancel

  4. Click view to access the order

  5. Once in the View Order page, scroll down and click Cancel Order located on the right-hand side

  6. Select the order cancellation reason and then click Cancel Order

Important Note: Cancelling your order on Shopify does not automatically cancel the order on Spocket. Please ensure that your orders are cancelled on the Spocket app as well.

If your store is not integrated with Shopify

  1. Login to your Spocket for Supplier dashboard

  2. Go to My Orders and find the order number that you need to cancel

  3. Click view to access the View Order page.

  4. Once in the View Order page, scroll down and click Cancel Order located on the right-hand side

  5. Select the order cancellation reason and then click Cancel Order
