How can I notify customers about shipped orders as a Dropshipper?

While we do not send your customers any messages directly, customers are automatically informed of the shipped orders through Shopify

To automatically include a link to the order status page in shipping and order emails, complete the following steps.

Here is how you can enable shipped order notifications:

  1. From your Shopify account, click Settings, then select Checkout

  2. Scroll down to Customer Contact section, and then check To receive shipping updates so that customers can choose to add a phone number or email to receive shipping updates after they complete their order

  3. Click Save to apply the changes

You can customize these notifications by going to Shopify Settings and selecting Notifications.
