As soon as your order is shipped by the supplier, you will receive an automated email with the tracking details.
You can also check your order’s shipping and tracking status by following these steps:
- Head over to your Orders Tab on the Spocket app
- Scroll down to the order you are inquiring about
- Select the truck icon to obtain more details on the shipping status
- To check the processing and shipping time of the order, click on the product's image
Every Spocket supplier has their own processing and shipping times. If you find that your order is still within the processing period, please give it some time. Don't forget to deduct the weekends from your timeframe since our suppliers only work on weekdays.
Once the package leaves the supplier’s warehouse, please note that it is the responsibility of the retailer to work with the carrier to obtain tracking updates.
Important note: Your customer's order will not get shipped out without being processed by you first. Check that you have processed and paid for the order yourself by going to your Orders Page and confirming it has been successfully checked out. If the order still has "Checkout Order" next to it, then you still need to process the order on Spocket by following the steps here.
