Spocket syncs with your store and all your orders automatically appear on your Orders Tab. However, any changes made won't reflect in Spocket.

There are two scenarios:

  1. An order has not yet been checked out on Spocket
    You may simply disregard the order and re-create it with the correct order details by creating a manual order on your store. As long as the original order has not been checked out or paid for in Spocket, then our supplier will not process it.
  2. An order was successfully checked out on Spocket
    If you've already processed an order but need to cancel an order immediately, please contact Spocket's Customer Support team by sending us an email at support@spocket.co.

    Please note that once an order has been placed by the customer and it successfully syncs through to Spocket, order details cannot be changed.
