How to transfer a monthly subscription

In order to transfer your monthly subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. If you are still on trial
    Simply cancel your plan by going to Settings > Billing > Downgrade to cancel. Afterwards, you can re-upgrade by logging in to the correct Spocket account and selecting the Spocket plan you'd like for your new store.
  2. If you are on a paid subscription
    Please cancel your existing plan by going to Settings > Billing > Downgrade to cancel. Afterwards, please submit a request for us to transfer the credit to your new store by sending us an email at support@spocket.co.

    Please provide the following details below in your email and make sure that you have your credit card billing information saved in your new Spocket account:
  • Email used for the old store
  • Store URL of the old store
  • Email used for the new store
  • Store URL of the new store

How to transfer an annual subscription

In order to transfer your annual subscription to another store, you will need to submit a request to Spocket's Customer Support team by sending us an email at support@spocket.co.

Please provide the following details in your email:

  • Email used for the old store
  • Store URL of the old store
  • Email used for the new store
  • Store URL of the new store
