To download your payout history, follow these steps:
Log in to the Spocket for Suppliers app
Go to Settings
Go to Getting Paid
Click Download Payout History
Here's what you can expect to see when you download your Pay History:
Payment Processor- refers to the method by which the order was paid e.g. Stripe or Paypal
Order Number- Supplier Order Number
Order Creation- Date when the order was created
Transaction Amount- Amount paid to the supplier for an order
Transaction Currency- Payout currency. Spocket transactions are always in USD.
Transfer Amount- Amount paid to the supplier for an order.
Transfer Currency- Payout currency. Spocket transactions are always in USD.
Payout Date- Date when the payout was credited to the supplier's bank or Paypal account.
Payout ID- A unique identifier assigned to a specific payout transaction. This helps track and identify individual payout transactions for accounting, reconciliation, and reference purposes.
Note: Spocket order transactions are always in USD. However, the payout is subject to currency conversion based on the currency of the supplier's nominated bank account on Stripe
