At Spocket, the protection of intellectual property is of the utmost importance. We verify suppliers in the following ways:

  1. In order to become a Spocket supplier, all suppliers are vetted through a rigorous review process, to ensure their products meet Spocket requirements.

  2. By registering as a supplier on Spocket, all suppliers indicate their acceptance of the Spocket Supplier Terms of Service and indicate they hold the copyrights to, or the right to enforce and license the copyrights to, any photographs of products used on the Spocket platform. They also hold the rights to any trademarks used in connection with their products on Spocket. This means that any retailers are able to readily use their product photography.

  3. Prior to submitting an application to become a supplier, all suppliers must agree to the following statement: Do you confirm that you lawfully reserve the rights to the products you are selling and that you are not infringing on or violating any trademark or copyright laws by selling your products?

If a supplier is found to be in violation of copyright or trademark laws, their products will be removed from Spocket.
