There are a few reasons why products might not successfully import from Shopify:

  • Products titles are under 5 characters, or product titles are missing. Titles over 50 characters will get truncated, however, this would not contribute to an import issue

  • Products are missing descriptions

  • Products are missing images (i.e. if you only set images on product variants and not on the main product)

  • Product images are over 10MB

  • The product price is zero

Note: Shopify offers apps that enable users to generate product descriptions and/or create variants. However, any information inputted through a third-party app or plugin will not synchronize with Spocket.
