Editing the inventory of your individual listings on Spocket involves these easy steps:

  1. Log in to the Spocket Supplier App

  2. Go to the "My Products" page and click the "Edit" button located on the right-hand side of the screen.

  3. Scroll down to the inventory fields of the variants that you want to update and adjust the value to reflect your current inventory.

  4. Once you have made the necessary changes, click the "Post Product" button at the top of the page to save your edits.

We also support the ability to update your entire inventory in bulk via CSV data. The process includes the following steps:

  1. Export your Spocket listings

To export your product information from Spocket, navigate to the "My Products" page on your dashboard, and click on the "Export" button. This action will generate a CSV file that contains all the necessary product information, such as Handle, Title, SKU, and Inventory.

  2. Update the inventory of your product listings

With the downloaded CSV file, you can easily update the inventory of your product listings. Simply replace the quantity in Column D of the same file with the updated inventory information, and then re-upload the file to your supplier dashboard by clicking the "Import" button. This will update the inventory of your product listings in Spocket.

    Here's a quick video tutorial:

  3. Receive updates

After you have uploaded the updated CSV file, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the results of the upload. If the upload is successful, the inventory for your product listings will be automatically updated on your supplier dashboard.
