Your Spocket dashboard features two invoices:

  1. Branded Invoice: The invoice that is sent to your customer

  2. Payment Receipt: The internal invoice that shows the orders you have paid for

Branded Invoice: Invoice that is sent to your customer

To view the invoices that are sent to your customer, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Spocket account

  2. Go to My Orders on the left-hand side

  3. Scroll down to the order you'd like the invoice for

  4. Select the Preview Invoice button (the icon on the right)

  5. A downloadable PDF with details on the product cost, transaction fees, and shipping fees are included in the invoice

Note: if you have upgraded to a Professional Plan or higher, the invoice that's sent to your customer can be a branded invoice if you decide to have branded invoicing. To set up branded invoicing, please take a look at the article here.

Payment Receipt: Invoice for the orders you've paid for

Once you have processed and paid for an order on Spocket, you may want to find the invoice for that transaction. To find invoices for those orders you've paid for, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Spocket account

  2. Go to My Orders on the left-hand side

  3. Scroll down to the order you'd like the invoice for

  4. Select the Payment Receipt button (the middle icon)

  5. A downloadable PDF with details will render. If you are a WooCommerce retailer, then your company details will not automatically be added to this invoice. Please reach out to Spocket's Customer Support to have this information added.

Note: This invoice shows all the costs that you as a retailer paid to the supplier. This invoice is not the branded invoice that is sent to your customer.
