As a Spocket supplier, you're required to include the retailer's branded invoice in the order. There are three ways to find the branded invoice:

Email Notification

When you receive an email notifying you that you have received an order, the invoice is included as a PDF attachment in the email.  Please print this out and include it in the end customer's package.

Spocket for Suppliers App

  1. Log in to the Spocket Supplier App

  2. Select My Orders from the toolbar on the left

  3. To print individual invoices, you can click View on select order, and click Print Invoice that is located at the top of the page.

  4. To print multiple invoices at once, you can select multiple orders within the same page and click Print Invoice. Print the invoice and include it in the end customer's package

Shopify Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Shopify dashboard

  2. Select Orders from the toolbar on the left

  3. Choose the order you are fulfilling

  4. In the More actions dropdown on the right, click the Print packing slips and the invoice will be generated

  5. Print the invoice and include it in the end customer's package
