Once an order has been shipped out by the supplier, you will receive an email confirming its shipment along with a link to its tracking information.
If after this time, you have not received your confirmation, please check your order’s shipping and tracking status first by following these steps:
- Head over to your Orders Tab on the Spocket app
- Find the order you are inquiring about
- Select the truck icon to obtain more details on the shipping status
To check the processing and shipping time of the order, you may click on the product image and a window will pop up showing the product information.
Important note: Kindly note that there might be events outside of the suppliers' control, such as weather conditions and COVID-19 restrictions put in place by shipping carriers, that may affect shipping times.
