Once an order has been shipped out by the supplier, you will receive an email confirming its shipment along with a link to its tracking information.
If after this time, you have not received your confirmation, please check your order’s shipping and tracking status first by following these steps:
Head over to your Orders on the Spocket app.
Find the order you are inquiring about.
3. Select the truck icon to obtain the Tracking details such as the Courier Name and Tracking Number.
And to view the processing and shipping time, click on the product image for a pop-up window with details.
Important note: Kindly note that there might be events outside of the suppliers' control, such as weather conditions and restrictions put in place by shipping carriers, that may affect shipping times.
