Once an order has been shipped out by the supplier, you will normally receive your email confirming its shipment along with a link to its tracking information.
If after this time, you have not received your confirmation, please check your order’s shipping and tracking status first by following these steps:
- Head over to your Orders Tab on the Spocket app
- Scroll down to the order you are inquiring about
- Select the truck icon to obtain more details on the shipping status
To check the processing and shipping time of the order, you may click on the product image and a window will pop up showing the product information.
Kindly note that there might be events outside of the suppliers' control, such as weather conditions and COVID-19 restrictions put in place by shipping carriers, that may affect shipping times. We recommend that you encourage your customers to place orders as early as possible to account for the potential shipping delays.
